Procurement, Staging and Installation Services

Procurement

Our experienced sourcing group would work with you to identify the exact equipment needs and then would deliver reliable, quality procurement services on your behalf. Our sourcing group is very knowledgeable in platform selection, sourcing, order management and negotiating the lowest cost, providing you with a cost effective means to manage your sourcing requirements.

Staging

Staging begins with receiving the hardware from the originating OEM's and resellers. As each piece of equipment arrives, asset tags are attached to facilitate tracking. ESS would warehouse the hardware using our internal enterprise software to track all components while on our premises as well as once the equipment is installed at the customers' site. Once an installation date for an individual site or sites has been received, the staging staff would gather the components listed in the work order, un-box and assemble the components in the same physical configuration that would be installed at the site.

The equipment is loaded as per the configuration specified in the work order including hardware setup, loading applicable software and configuration programming and any peripheral devices. ESS would perform any appropriate test scripts against the fully staged and configured system to insure proper function. A minimum 24-hour burn-in is performed before repackaging and coordinating shipment to the site. The burn-in test does a continuous multiple subsystem test over a 24-hour period which stresses each component while applying maximum stress to these components.

Once the order is placed by the customer, ESS Staging will take it from open order to a kit that arrives at the store for installation.
